The Bilan Carbon method, developed by the French agency for environement and energy efficiency (ADEME), is a tool to evaluate Green House Gas (GHG) emmisions, at the level of a company, factory, or locality.

•    Evaluate the impact of your activity on GHG emission levels
•   Simulate different models of sensitivity to oil price fluctuations
•   Develop an action plan for GHG emissions by order of priority
