The first phase of the adaptation of the French methodology on GHG (greenhouse gases) emissions quantification in Wuhan (Hubei Province, China) has been a very great success, and has demonstrated that there is a real need for a global approach and methodologies for companies and cities in China.
This seminar will focus on the pilot project that was launched between Bordeaux and Wuhan and will discuss the methodologies and applications of the French GHG quantification experience applied to China.
The Bordeaux / Wuhan low carbon project has been officially recognized and approved by the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and has received the special recognition of decentralized cooperation between France and China, as well as the COP 21 project label.
You can download HERE a summary document with the key dates and actors since 2010.
